From the very beginning of the outbreak of the coronavirus, the Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group took rigorous measures to protect its work teams and the public. Our priority has always been and remains the health and safety of our artists, our partners and various employees, but also of our public.

Taking into consideration the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendation for social distancing, the Group has taken several measures to respond to the escalation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Touring Shows

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group has suspended temporarily the following touring shows:

Big Top
  • Alegria – Austin, Chicago and Houston
  • BAZZAR – New Orleans and Salt Lake City  
  • Under the Same Sky – Montréal and Boston  
  • KOOZA – Lyon and Tel Aviv
  • LUZIA – Moscow and Meloneras
  • TOTEM – Munich, Rome and Milano
  • VOLTA – Costa Mesa and Denver
  • KURIOS – Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth

Arena

  • AXEL – United States and Canada
  • Blue Man Group World Tour – Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Egypt and South Korea
  • CORTEO – France, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium
  • CRYSTAL – U.K., United States and Canada
  • OVO – United States

What happens if my show is postponed or cancelled?

All customers who purchased tickets for an impacted Cirque du Soleil show will be contacted by their initial point of sale. For us and our partners to respond quickly to the situation, please be patient and wait until you are contacted to avoid flooding our information lines.   • The Beatles LOVE at The Mirage
  • Mystère at Treasure Island
  • Zumanity at New York-New York
  • Michael Jackson ONE at Mandalay Bay
Orlando, USA
  • The beginning of preview performances of Drawn to Life at Disney Springs which was planned for March 20, 2020, is temporarily suspended.
Riviera Maya, Mexico
  • JOYÀ: Shows are temporarily suspended starting March 22, 2020.
Hamburg, Germany
  • Paramour at Stage Theater Neue Flora, until April 19, 2020.
Hangzhou, China
  • X – The Land of Fantasy.
Trois-Rivières, QC
  • Vive nos divas
We will continue to monitor and assess the situation to determine when shows will resume.
